City & Guilds granted Centre Approval and QualificationsApproval to GTCFLA – ULI Centre
On 6 November 2010, City & Guilds granted approval to GTCFLA – ULI Centre as an Approved Centre, permitted to offer the prestigious ACE (Access Certificate in English Language Teaching) and ITT (International Teaching & Training) programme. At the Approval Ceremony, Mr. John McGee, International Head of Operations, City & Guilds presented the Approval Plaques to Mr. Feng Jianzhuang, President of Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts.
City & Guilds officials paid an Approval Visit to the GTCFLA – ULI Centre
On 28 September 2010, Miss. Yolanda Kwok, Head of Business Development – China, City & Guilds and Ms. Kate Mead, External Verifier, City & Guilds visited GTCFLA – ULI Centre to inspect teaching facilities, and talked to relevant academic staff about Centre Approval and Qualifications Approval.
ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Macau Millennium College to set up a joint Centre for International Education in Macau
On 2 August 2010, ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Macau Millennium College to set up a joint Centre for International Education, which aims to deliver international education programmes to meet the growing demands of the local residents’ aspirations for advanced international learning. Programmes offered include the International Foundation Programme for young people who wish to further their university education overseas, a world-recognized TESOL Certificate course to enhance the local English language teaching skills, and a number of Overseas Top-ups Degree programmes.
ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Millennium Secondary School, Macau to set up a joint Centre for Community Programmes
On 2 August 2010, ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Millennium Secondary School to provide continuing education courses approved and subsidized by the Government of Macau Special Administrative Region. These include a series of IELTS courses to meet various learners’ needs to study or work overseas, a suite of world-recognized Tourism and Hospitality programmes, and International Arts & Designs Qualification courses.
ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts to set up GTCFLA – ULI Centre
On 20 July, ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts to set up GTCFLA – ULI Centre, a joint education centre, which aims to provide world-recognized education and professional programmes to meet learning needs of the growing population of knowledge workers in the Pearl River Delta Region. These include the ACE (Access Certificate in English Language Teaching) and ITT (International Teaching and Training) programmes, which train up qualified English Language Teachers and Corporate Trainers for Guangdong Province, China.

On 28 May 2007, City & Guilds granted approval to ULI – Macau Caritas Centre as an Approved Centre, permitted to offer the Business Support Units in Macau.
On 8 February 2007, ULI – Macau Caritas Centre submitted several programmes to the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Government of Macau Special Administrative Region, applying for funding for adult and community learning programmes. The following programmes had been approved and subsidized by the Macau Government:
Certificate Programme in Practical English
Certificate Programme in English for Business Communication
Certificate Programme in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality

On 18 September 2006, ULI signed a collaboration agreement with Macau Caritas to set up ULI – Macau Centre, a joint education centre to provide world-recognized programmes to meet the adult and community learning development needs of Macau.
